Felice Farber, Director of External Affairs for the General Contractors Association of New York joins her colleagues and construction men and women in a mock funeral procession that departed the State Capitol and proceeded to Albany State Supreme Court to protest Governor Paterson’s continuing freeze of payments to approved state infrastructure projects. Construction industry leadership joined their counsel, former Lt. Governor Al DelBello, in demanding that the Governor lift the arbitrary payment freeze that is endangering an entire industry. Court arguments on the coalition’s litigation that seeks to confront Paterson’s policy are being heard in Albany.
